What’s Redstor’s Partner Portal?
The Partner Portal is your strategic hub. Powered by Impartner, it centralises the tools, resources, and insights your MSP needs to succeed. The portal can be used to onboard new staff, find co-branded collateral, register deals, complete certifications, and stay aligned with Redstor’s roadmap, campaigns, and incentives.
Rather than chasing down assets across emails or different platforms, the portal makes everything searchable, up-to-date, and easy to access. Whether you’re new to Redstor or already working closely with your Partner Growth Manager, the portal has been built with one goal in mind: to make it easier, faster, and more rewarding for you to do business with us.
What can I access on the portal?
The material available can be split into two categories:
Sales and marketing resources
Inside the portal, you’ll find a wide range of ready-to-use content to support your go-to-market activities, including:
- Co-brandable collateral
- Campaign materials
- Competitor battlecards
- Vertical-specific resources (e.g. education)
- Social media templates
- Product overviews and compliance updates
This content is designed to reduce your time to market while increasing your impact. From preparing for a pitch to running a demand generation campaign, you’ll find what you need in just a few clicks.
Structured learning paths and certifications
Enablement is key to growth. That’s why we’ve introduced three certification tracks, tailored to different partner roles:
- Sales specialist: Learn the Redstor value proposition, key sales messages, and how to position our solutions.
- Sales engineer (pre-sales): Dive deeper into product functionality, differentiation, and customer conversations.
- Technical engineer: Gain a strong understanding of deployment, troubleshooting, support expectations, and integration.
Each track includes lessons, quizzes, and practical guidance. There’s no cost for training or certification – it’s all included as part of your Redstor partnership. Certifications are valid for one year and unlock further benefits, such as deeper deal protection and access to exclusive campaigns.
And don’t worry if you’ve completed training previously – your certifications are still valid, though we encourage you to recertify to stay up to date with product developments like our new Entra ID Backup.
What’s coming next?
We’re not stopping there. The Partner Portal is built to grow with you, and we have several exciting enhancements in the pipeline.
Lead and deal tracking
We’re making it easier to manage leads and register deals by giving you full visibility into their progress. You’ll be able to:
- Register new deals directly in the portal
- Track the status of your submissions
- Monitor updates in real-time
- View deals by stage and currency
These updates are designed to give you a clear snapshot of your pipeline and simplify how we collaborate on opportunities.
Partner tier tracking
We’re preparing to relaunch our partner program with refreshed tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The portal will include a tier tracker, showing your current level and what’s required to progress. Whether it’s completing certifications, reaching revenue goals, or increasing engagement, you’ll have clarity on how to unlock additional benefits, discounts, and support.
MDF tracking and dashboards
We’re also introducing a simplified way to request and track Marketing Development Funds (MDF). Whether you’re planning a webinar, digital campaign, or in-person event, you’ll be able to apply for support directly through the portal and monitor the status of your request.
In addition, you’ll gain access to custom dashboards with insights into:
- Active leads and deals
- Certification status across your team
- MDF usage and approvals
- Customer usage trends (increases, decreases, churn risks)
While customer-level data will remain in the RedApp for security, high-level usage trends will be visible in the portal to help you make smarter decisions around renewals, upsells, or support engagement.
Built for your whole team
The Partner Portal is designed to support every function within your organisation. Different access levels are available for sales, pre-sales, marketing, technical, and account teams. Each partner will have at least one designated admin, who can manage user access across your company.
To ensure you get the most out of the portal, we’ve included a full knowledge base and help centre, and your Account Manager is available to guide you through any aspect of the platform. We also offer training sessions and onboarding support tailored to your needs.
