New basket functionality has been added to Marketplace
The new enhanced basket* functionality makes adding products easier than ever. With this update, partners and their customers can effortlessly add and trial multiple products at once, streamlining the process.
*Subject to user permissions to add products/ editions
The Marketplace is only available to partners on the new pricing plan. If you are still on the legacy pricing plan, please speak to your account manager about upgrading.
Customers can only add trial editions for products. The Upgrade button in the RedApp can then be used to request an upgrade to a paid edition from the relevant partner.
Partners can add paid editions directly into their Marketplace basket, but only for their own organization.
