Recently, we released the new Estimate Charge feature for our Microsoft 365 backup product, which we are pleased to announce is now also available for our Google Workspace product. The Estimate Charge provides partners with enhanced billing transparency and predictability.
This includes benefits like:
- Being able to anticipate how much Redstor will cost well in advance of the end-of-the-month, preventing surprise bills.
- Gaining greater transparency into our pricing model for your current and potential future services.
- Instant access to estimated charges at any time—no support assistance required.
Please note: this feature is only available for Redstor direct billing partners on the new pricing plan. Estimate charge is a predicted monthly cost from Redstor to a qualified partner based on their customers’ actual backed up data, which is updated daily (currently at 5:00 am UTC).
