Redstor, a leading European cloud services provider, has been awarded a framework agreement from G-Cloud, a government programme that will drastically change the way the UK public sector procures and operates ICT using cloud-based technology.The G-Cloud Programme is a cross government initiative with a focus on introducing cloud ICT services into government departments, local authorities and the wider public sector.Redstor is now listed on the CloudStore, which is a new platform established by G-Cloud for Government to source and procure IT products and services. It is an online catalogue of information and communications services available to the UK public sector, and contains details of each of the suppliers and their services.Redstor’s capabilities in relation to the G-Cloud Programme feature under Lot 4: Specialist Cloud Services.
