Schools, academies and colleges have a statutory responsibility for “safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people”, however with constant technological advances ensuring this is  ever more challenging; how are schools responding and delivering their duty of care?

Sadly, as many as 70% of children are feared to be involved with cyber bullying and all too often media attention is brought to our attention focusing on the consequences of such behaviour. At Redstor we believe children should be encouraged to use technology in order to realise the vast benefits available to them. However, they must learn the correct digital skills and behaviour to ensure they are safe. During the webinar, discussions will be held on best practisefor the safeguarding of children online to help schools, academies and colleges transform the way they protect vulnerable children. – How do you currently deal with safeguarding situations?

– How to prevent Safeguarding issues arising.

– How to teach children to use the internet safely.

– What tools are available to you.
