On Thursday, June 21st 2012, Redstor, Reading based provider of Cloud services such as Online Backup, E-Safety, Centralised Device Management and Remote Backup for Schools welcomed a selection of attendees from amongst it’s network over 130 partners to it’s first Golf Day at Windlesham Golf Club, Grove End, Bagshot, Surrey, GU19 5HY. The day provided attendees with the chance to enjoy golf, with a friendly atmosphere, amongst peers, whilst competing for prizes, on a course which is fast becoming known as one of the finest in Surrey. The day began with an enjoyable buffet breakfast. This was followed by a presentation given by Redstor which  featured exciting growth figures in it’s cloud business of over 40% year on year along with the most profitable 6 months of trading in the company’s 14 year history.

Presentations were also given covering Redstor’s E-Safety service as well as a very exciting new service launched by Redstor at the event. The new service, named “Store and Share” will address the requirement for remote data access and collaborative working for organisations of all sizes. More detail on this to follow shortly. Following the golf, attendees enjoyed a fantastic 3-course meal served from the equally impressive Nineteen Restaurant. The menu offered a more formal dining experience in the luxury and intimacy of the clubhouse, overlooking the golf course. Early indications suggest the day was enjoyed by all and as a result, Redstor will more than likely hold a repeat event in 2013.
