Provided remotely from our Operations Centre in Reading, the Managed Services offer daily monitoring, alerting and proactive management of customer owned backup and/or storage environments and the processes required to keep the environment running efficiently.
Managed Services offer flexible yet comprehensive management of backup and/or storage environments working to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) based on each customers unique requirements.
A dedicated and experienced Managed Service Team will become virtual members of your IT department and monitor systems, fix faults and undertake data capacity planning exercises to ensure your system operates efficiently and can grow in line with your business. Redstor takes responsibility for issues and provides a single point of contact and accountability.
